SHOULDER - Radiology Checklist
1. Is the humeral head directly below coracoid? (Y - Anterior Dislocation)
2. Is the humeral head in a 'walking stick' configuration vs 'lightbulb' shape - if lightbulb = ?posterior dislocation
3. Humeral head parallel to glenoid rim? (if N - check lateral for posterior dislocation)
4. Check for Hill Sachs deformity or glenoid rim #-bankart lesion
5. Acromio clavicular abn?
6. Coraco-clavicular distance >1.5cm? = ?coracoclavicular ligament injury
7. Fractured neck or head of humerus?
8. Axillary view - find the clavicle to orient anterior vs posterior
