1. RBBB ; Left Axis ; STEMI in anterolateral leads V1 - V6, AVL and I. Bigeminy
Suggestive of LAD lesion / MI in LAD distribution.
2. Aspirin - antiplatelet
GTN - coronary dilator
Morphine – analgesia
Clopidogrel – antiplatelet
Heparin – anticoagulation
3. Reperfusion Therapy is indicated – options include
PCI in cath Lab
CABG
Thrombolysis if above not available within 90 min
